The General Terms and Conditions of Zag B.V. apply to every offer made by Zag B.V. and to every agreement between you and Zag B.V.
For the execution of the agreement and the delivery of your order we make use of the services of Matador B.V. in Helvoirt. Several products are also manufactured and/or distributed under license by Matador B.V.
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. You can choose how you want to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the sample form of the ACM and send it to us. After you have notified us, you have 14 days to return the product to us. Upon receipt of the product, we will refund the full purchase price, including the costs paid by you. You have to pay the return costs to us.
