General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of Zag B.V. apply to every offer made by Zag B.V. and to every agreement between you and Zag B.V..
If you are a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days by law. You may then choose how you want to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can just send us a written notification by email that you wish to cancel the agreement (mentioning your name and address and the product you wish to return). You may also use the sample form of the ACM and send it to us.
After you have notified us, you have 14 days to return the product to us. Upon receipt of the product, we will refund the full purchase price, including the costs paid by you. You have to pay the return costs to us. See about the right of withdrawal further our General Terms and Conditions.
